A Sunday Kind of Love- Chamomile Serum

At Bottled Guidance, we incorporate an ancient alchemical extraction style called Spagyrics, this process involves many different aspects and moving parts, some have been incorporated already (like this energy report you are reading), and others are still integrating into the process and are waiting to surface.

The first part that we have been incorporating, and the true purpose of this energy report, is the use of "Astro-Cyclical Pulsations" which are the planetary movements and patterns that we all experience and are affected by whether we are aware of it or not. You see.. each plant spirit (like Rose, Lavender, and Chamomile) has a planetary ruler, and when infusions are made- whatever energy that planetary ruler is transiting through in those moments- is amplified and captured into our serums. Chamomile is ruled by the Sun, hence it's usual warm and bright sunny yellow look, color, and vibe that it emits! As you probably know the Sun changes zodiac signs about every 30 days, and right now we are sitting in Gemini energy! And while I will incorporate this energy into this report, I have felt particularly guided to include a transmission of a Gene Key into this report. Much like astrology, the Sun moves through different Gene Keys about every 5-6 days. You may be asking yourself at this point, what are Gene Keys? Well, let me explain! The Gene Keys can best be known as another tool to utilize in your spiritual tool box, and just like astrology you have a certain set of "keys" that are encoded into your DNA at birth, all that is needed is your birth time information to find your specific Hologenetic Profile (for those interested you can find that at www.genekeys.com). The Gene Keys were channeled by a guy named Richard Rudd and he used the ancient Chinese I Ching as a backbone for this modality. There are 64 total keys, to match 64 sets of DNA, and they are a system that you can use to help you understand yourself better and grow as a person. Think of it as a tool for self-discovery, blending ideas from genetics, astrology, religion, and spiritual wisdom. The core of the 64 Gene Keys are like archetypes or patterns of human behavior and each one has three levels:

• Shadow: The lower, reactive/repressed side- like fear, anger, or insecurity.

• Gift: The positive more empowered side- like courage, kindness, or creativity.

• Siddhi: The highest, "most enlightened," spiritual state- like pure unconditional love or wisdom.

The idea here is to "contemplate" these Gene Keys, or reflect on them deeply over time- to shift from your shadows to your gifts and beyond. It's not about quick fixes here, but gradual transformation through self-awareness. I love working with this modality so much, I will say that in my own personal journey this has been the most effective tool for my own personal growth and has allowed me to make leaps and bounds in my personal evolution. But anyways, let's get back on topic here.. When the Sun moves through the Gene Keys it highlights the energy that the Collective Consciousness will be experiencing more in those moments, almost like taking a highlighter to the energy and emphasizing it for collective growth. So when it came to this infusion, we were sitting in the energy of Gene Key 45.

Richard Rudd identifies the traits that shine through this key as the Shadow of Dominance, to the Gift of Synergy, to the Siddhi of Communion. I felt this energy coming through so strongly that I even listened to his audio recording of this transmission while I was batching these bottles. I also took many moments to digest and contemplate how this will be playing into the body and it's quite fascinating in my opinion!

In the shadow of Dominance, he talks a lot about the obvious expression of it which is the Dominance of male over female, teacher over student, governing body over people, and many more examples of this playing out over the surface. But underneath the surface is where I like to look, and he says that the real dilemma with this shadow is Insecurity. Insecurity comes through because we have fallen out of trust, he says that at some point in our childhood we learned that this really isn't a safe world, it's a learned reflex embedded into our collective psyche that contracts and constricts us. I know personally, there are many insecurities I have of myself that come to mind when I think about it, and as the reader I'm sure you can too, sometimes all it can take is one look in the mirror to pin-point exactly where you feel insecure about yourself. Richard Rudd talks about how the fear of this gene key is marked by feeling unsafe in the physical body. Safety is a feeling in our cells and when we give into fear (the fear of lack and mistrust in the universe) we lose touch with the whole and thats when the inner turmoil begins inside of us- making us feel deeply unsafe and insecure. In order to transform this shadow into it's gift state, we must begin to trust again, to remember that we are safe, to remember how to breathe again, to truly know what it means to be human, and to feel fully secure in our skin again.

After bringing the awareness to the shadow state, we move to the gift state of Synergy! He describes Synergy as a state of harmonic resonance that all your cells and codons come into when you achieve full trust in yourself again. Like when you take a magnet and put it beneath a piece of paper that's covered in iron filings- they all form a beautiful organized pattern but the magnetic field itself is invisible. He says that the entire universe is like that but more importantly- trust is like that. By coming into alignment with ourselves and the cosmos, we feel more at ease and calm in the body, allowing our cells to cohesively organize themselves and form that feeling of trust. Now theres other levels to Synergy, but for the purpose of this article I am only going to reference what he says about the body. He says that the ultimate level of synergy takes place within our DNA when different chemical components are fused and combined to create a higher functioning of capacities that transcend all parts of themselves. A higher cohesive functioning within human DNA- a phenomenal power that's locked up inside each of us! It's cool to know this is possible, to know that we can move out of the fragmented lower states and into the higher frequencies of love. It's even cooler to me when realizing that this is the very energy infused into this serum.

I won't talk much about the Siddhi, these states are very hard to describe in words, and I commend Richard Rudd for every effort he makes, and he does so very beautifully. But what I will say about it, for the purpose of knowing the true feeling of this oil in the bottle, is that this siddhic state feels like a Sunday morning. Everyone knows that feeling I'm sure. When you wake up on a Sunday and you step outside, breathing in the fresh dewey air, the silence from the absence of moving cars is radiating, the birds are singing, and you have nothing to do but just be that day. You can do anything but nothing all at the same time, no responsibilities, just bliss and peace surrounding you. In that moment you feel utterly still with the world, with yourself... and you feel safe. That's the energy infused into this bottle. It's funny to realize how synchronistic this is with the energy of Chamomile itself. Because that's what it is too I feel, everyone knows how amazingly beautiful and simple this herb is. Mother's frequent it for teething babies or restless little ones at night, even our adult selves love the effects of a good chamomile tea at night to put us in that state of relaxedness, ease, and safety, allowing us to drift off into dreamland. Chamomile makes you feel safe, and that's exactly what you will feel from applying this serum. My biggest recommendation is to use this all over your body, it is my go to for moisturizer these days. I frequently have issues with an over-active nervous system and have to work hard to get myself into a balanced state, and the Chamomile Serum is my go to when I'm feeling overly jittery, stressed, or restless.

I was going to talk about the Gemini energy were in but honestly I don't feel to do that anymore, this Gene Key nailed the energy right on the head. Moving forward I feel that I will incorporate more of the Gene Key energy with the Chamomile extractions, mainly because of it's planetary ruler being the Sun and I love the variety it will bring to each batch! Chamomile has always been the one that uses the most of my energy to make too, it takes the most tediousness when batching the bottles, the most refined intention in the crafting, and the biggest transformations always come from my work with the spirit of Chamomile.
