From the Start to the Present Moment

Hello everyone! Happy Earth Day! Today is a special milestone - it's been two years since I first shared Bottled Guidance with the world and began offering my handcrafted, high-vibrational skincare products online. This journey started with a simple vision: to create natural products that nourish not just the skin but the soul. In honor of growth, healing, and community, I wanted to share the story of how we got our start to where we are now!

The journey began four years ago when I had my spiritual awakening and Bottled Guidance began to take form. It started with me going down rabbit holes researching product ingredients and their effect on the body, mind, and soul which led to me finding immediate horror in the mainstream formulations. Instead

of getting lost in the agony of it all, I was inspired to be the change, and set out on the path of discovering how to create natural formulations with ingredients that give back to you instead of take. After spending about a year in the initial researching phase, I began communicating with the Universe, asking Her to guide me to my inner truth and to align me with the highest expression of myself. She listened and took me on the journey of the lifetime- removing all that was no longer in alignment with my higher calling, which involved a series of events including me and my husband having to leave our (then) current residence, forfeiting a vehicle, moving back in with my parents for a short period, then moving to another state, getting stuck in a category 4 hurricane, living in a trailer for the first time, living with our friends who are highly advanced on their spiritual path and having them teach us everything we know, bouncing between Air BnB's, moving in with my husbands parents for again another short period, to then moving again and landing on random blueberry farm in Fairhope, Alabama with our aforementioned friends!

It was the the absolute craziest 9 months of my existence. I learned to be extremely comfortable with the uncomfortable, with change. It challenged and broke down every existing belief system and false perception of reality that I had. It completely detached me from the material world and taught me what the true meaning of life and love and happiness is. To the physical eye we had "nothing" but in the spiritual realm we had gained everything. And it was during this time that Bottled Guidance's foundation was built.

So yea, amongst all of the hopping around, by way of our mutual friend Bobby, we were invited to come to Fairhope, Alabama and live on a blueberry farm called Weeks Bay Plantation. (For context, and unbeknownst to us in these moments, this is the same farm that the annual Gulf Coast Fungi Festival is hosted at.) We had so little that we couldn't even afford to stay in the Air BnB's the owners had, but they were so generous and kind and they let us camp, which we didn't want to do.. but we surrendered to that timeline for the growth and the character building. This part of the story happened at the end of March 2023. When we got here, we had about 2 weeks until the owners of the farm were hosting a little festival with a crawfish boil, I was told I could set up a table with my products to sell at this event, and I took that as my universal que like a wink from the cosmos that it was go time! At this point I had my formulations, I had created labels, but I had never actually stared bottling them individually or selling them, I just shared a lot with our friends! But when I heard about this little event coming up I hit full send. I didn't care that we were still in a tent, this was my opportunity to create something that I love and that also spreads love. The first batches of products that I ever sold were indeed- infused in a tent.. Yep, I had a singular crockpot that could fit one jar, I had it sitting on a box in the tent with a long extension chord running power and I would infuse overnight! After I would infuse I would take all my stuff into one of the onsite Air BnB's and bottle in the kitchen or to my friend Bobby's- kitchen. I certainly needed more than just a tent for that part of the process, LOL, it was challenging but I made the most out of what I had! I got everything ready for the event, even down to starting an Etsy shop and creating listings for each product so that way customers could re-order, and then the entire thing got washed out. We still ate crawfish that day! But I didn't sell a single bottle.. LOL... I didn't let that discourage me though, because at this point I had everything I needed to fully launch, I just left it up to the Universe to tell me when it was time. Because there is no planning and has never been any planning in my process, creation is spontaneous, it ebbs and flows when it feels to, not a second too late or too early, always right in divine timing.

About a week later I woke up one day and knew it was time. Coincidentally it was Earth Day and I didn't even know it, but I wrote my first post on Telegram to the 5D Full Disclosure 17 page announcing my Etsy shop and the products that we offer at Bottled Guidance! My first set of orders began pouring in and I was so excited! That same day- Heather & Tynes the owners of the blueberry farm we were staying at- invited us to go to the Earth Day Market & Chalk Walk hosted by the city in downtown Fairhope. It was a fundraising event where anyone could purchase a spot on the sidewalk and create beautiful artwork with the proceeds going to charity. Heather purchased a couple spots on behalf of Weeks Bay Plantation and while they were out of town they asked us if we could go to the event and color in the spots they had on their behalf! We had only been here for a few weeks and I had been wanting to check out the local markets, I had heard they were phenomenal here in Fairhope, so it was super exciting to get invited to this event and of course we so happily obliged! So me, my husband, and all of our friends here set out for an adventurous day. We all had so much fun coloring like kids on the sidewalk and spending quality time together. My husband- Nikko and I were taking a tour of the vendors, checking out all of the handmade crafts and food, when he spotted a Kombucha tent, and he looooves Kombucha so he darted over there while I was still checking out another tent. Unbeknownst to him, he had just met Amanda Webb, owner/creator of Wild Magnolia Kombucha and founder of the Mobile Bay Maker's Market. He saw a sign she had on her table promoting the market, and him being the proud husband he is, immediately started talking about me, Bottled Guidance, and the skincare products we offer. She told him that I absolutely needed to join the market and the next thing I know- Nikko is pulling me over to her table so that I then could meet her. She was so excited to meet me and made me feel right at home, she told me details about the market and how to join and I took note of everything she said! Later that evening I submitted my application to join the local market, and it was all because of the divine orchestration that played out perfectly for us when we first arrived to Fairhope. This day two years ago, is when it all began. :)

We spent the first few months of living in Fairhope on that farm, I still look back on that experience with so much joy and gratitude, it was the most humbling experience we ever had (next to riding out a major hurricane hahaha). Eventually the heat started doing it's thang as it does is Southern Alabama and I had the realization that in order to do what I was craving to do with Bottled Guidance I needed more of a solid set up. Before I knew it, it was being divinely aligned for another move again, this time up the road to Bay Minette with a friend we met here who had an extra room in her house we could rent! We only spent about six months there where I furthered my abilities in formulating products, still attended markets + our first Gulf Coast Fungi Festival, achieved some very deep levels of soul healing after all the chaos of being unstable for the previous year, set up my first shelf in Solace Massage Therapy (Daphne), moved off the Etsy platform, and created this website! But again, I outgrew the space I had, Bottled Guidance was again aching for more growth and the pot I was planted in was getting too small, and the Universe orchestrated again another move into a bigger house of our own! Which coincidentally was on the same street as that blueberry farm that we called our first home here. It was so perfect, like it was made for a movie, how one step led to the next which led to the next- in perfect synchronization too, laid so precisely we couldn't miss a step if we had tried. Now we have been calling that house our home for the last year but have been calling Fairhope home for the last two!

Over the last year into the present moment, all the seeds (connections) that were planted in our first year, have blossomed into beautiful flowers (relationships). Heather & Bobby are still some of my bestest friends and we still play on that farm! My colleague Tanner Hammond (from Mushroom Man Tan) has also become one of our very best friends, the 2nd annual Fungi Festival really brought that friendship into full focus, and he has been bringing me a lot of growth in my process with Bottled Guidance, inspiring me to learn more advanced extraction methods and being someone who I can critical think and troubleshoot with when hiccups arrive! You can now find Bottled Guidance offerings at Fairhope Juice Company (off scenic 98) owned by Lorie Ward who I met at the first year of markets when she started using Bottled Guidance products and fell in love with them, she has also become a very good friend and carries them in her shop, plus she also plays a huge role with the Hope Community Center- the new permanent home of the Mobile Bay Maker's Market! And coming soon, you will also be able to find Bottled Guidance offerings at Amanda's (Wild Magnolia Kombucha) new shop called Nourish! She is also paired with Pirate's Pickles and Pop's Brittle in her storefront, whom we also love! And then theres India (from Blendia), Melissa from (Cedar & Moon Apothecary), and Clay (from H&H Sanctuary) who have also become dear friends and who are also just as in tune with the Earth, her energy, and all the gifts she brings to humanity on a daily basis, not just today. It's just one little interconnected web of local creators and growers who are also all friends and family and are working together to make an impact in our local community! It's the most fun ever :)

Now as I reflect on where we were two years ago, where we are now, and where we are going to go next, I am deeply grateful and humbled by it all. I have been in another researching phase, almost like how it was 4 years ago at the beginning of it all. It's so funny how cyclical all of life is when you feel into it. I've been studying and learning about astro-cyclical pulsations, and perfecting a method of extraction that traditional Alchemist's used called 'Spagyrics'. This process of learning that I go through with my everyday life experiences takes more linear time to integrate, because the experience wants to be so thorough with teaching me, to make sure I innerstand it all, and I am not fully ready to share all that that process entails just yet. But one thing I do know is that we will be slowing down, Bottled Guidance was never intended to model itself after the corporate & patriarchal greed that runs rampant in most of the large businesses we all know. It's not about producing the most I can or getting into the most stores or having a big name. It's about delivering quality products with the most impactful multi-dimensional integrity and healing to the human vessel. It's about service to the whole, and how all of our individual puzzle pieces adds up to create the whole picture. It's called Bottled Guidance not Bottled For Everyone Everywhere. Each small batch I make, is infused with a specific set of energetic codes, in correlation to planetary alignments, solar & lunar cycles, and chakras, that is energetically purified with crystals, intention, 5th dimensional technology, and the consciousness of water. And when this set of codes is delivered to your body through the skin, it affects your entire physical/emotional/and spiritual wellness if you allow it to. This means that each batch is different even though the formula remains the same, because energy and creation is always ebbing and flowing. One month's Aries infusions will be totally different by the next's Taurus season. And each time you, as the customer or friend who recieves one, know it is always perfectly designed for your energetic structure and frequency.

And I love that, it shows the perfect symphony that is always being divinely orchestrated in every moment, specifically for you, by God and all of Creation.

Happy Earth Day friends!
